As Managing Partner of Thunderclaw, Manny focuses on building strong teams, supporting mentorship across the company, and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and communities. Since stepping into the role in 2019, he’s helped shape a culture where people take pride in their work and support one another on and off the jobsite. Outside of work, Manny enjoys cheering on his kids at competitive sports, tackling home projects, and getting out for a round of golf.

Jeff brings extensive experience leading large-scale mechanical construction projects and complex facility expansions. At Thunderclaw, he focuses on thoughtful planning, managing risk, and helping teams execute challenging builds with confi dence. Jeff believes the strongest projects are built on trust, accountability, and long-term partnerships with clients and communities. Outside of work, he values time spent with family and staying connected to the communities where Thunderclaw works.

Patrick has been part of Thunderclaw’s journey since the early days and is known for the relationships he builds both on and off the jobsite. A steady, practical leader, he works closely with crews to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and with a shared commitment to quality. Patrick takes pride in creating jobsite environments where teams work hard, communicate well, and look out for each other. When he’s not on site, you’ll likely find him with his family, coaching or watching his kids play hockey, or getting outdoors for fishing, golf, or hunting.

Rodney is passionate about building strong safety cultures that support both productivity and people. With more than two decades of industry experience, he works closely with teams in the field to develop practical safety programs that help everyone go home safe at the end of the day. Rodney believes the best safety systems come from collaboration, communication, and strong leadership on site. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, attending their sporting events, and getting outdoors for hunting and fishing.

Sudip brings an operations-focused mindset to managing Thunderclaw’s fleet, assets, and equipment. With a background in hospitality and operations, he’s passionate about helping teams perform at their best by ensuring they have the tools, systems, and support they need to succeed. He’s known for his positive attitude and focus on continuous improvement across the organization. Outside the office, Sudip enjoys playing soccer and meeting friends for coffee.
